Zumba "Gold" classes are dance and exercise sessions involving multiple rhythms specially tailored for individuals over 50's and it's an amazing way to get healthier, improve your wellbeing, interact and make new friends - all whilst learning new moves and having lots of fun! Moves, steps and choreography are regularly updated to keep it challenging and entertaining. Join us now for a life changing experience! These classes are funded by CPP, City Westminster Council and they are free for the residents of Church Street, Lisson Grove, Maida Vale, Queen's Park and Westbourne Residents.
