A fascinating way to stay fit whilst enjoying the outdoors environment, Silent Zumba Gold takes place mostly throughout the summer months in parks. Heads phones are connected to a central device so all attendees dance to the same tune - without causing any noise pollution ! And don't worry, equipment is provided by us at no additional cost and the instructors ensure the highest level of hygiene for your comfort.
